I think it is a good idea to allow anonymous companies. Everyone should be entitled to privacy. It is hard to come by as the world becomes increasingly digital. Cyberpunk has shown us a possible future, and I do not put too much faith in governments or authorities.
Some say anonymous companies enable people to do money laundering and other illegal operations. While that is true, everyone stands to lose with fewer options. These people have the power and resources to lobby politicians, write laws, and bypass any restrictions. 99% of the people don't.
I am not going to come up with a solution. But any additional restriction will end up hurting everyone except the powerful.
