As I wrote in the parlor blog, I think on-prem is never going away even in the future. It is a business risk to be 100% dependent on cloud computing. These platforms can shut down your IT infrastructure anytime the government or regulation deems it so.
With this update, cloud computing growth is no longer unstoppable.

It feels almost unreal reading this. I am very interested to see how China pulls these off. If any country can, it will be China.
